Does Wayne Dyers cancer diagnosis mean hes a fraud?
Because all he preached about was positive thinking and good health. He kept saying how he never gets sick because he doesn't believe he will. He said when he notices a little sniffle or anything developing he quickly practices positive thinking and he never gets sick. So what the heck happen hes got chronic lymphocytic Leukemia.

Never heard of the guy, but any idiot knows positive thinking and good health have little to do with cancer.

I've never heard of him either but he sounds like one of those weirdos on TV you see all the time. Thinking positive that you'll never get sick is like thinking you'll never get pregnant without using protection....it doesn't prevent anything lol.
I believe thinking positive can help you emotionally and in turn kind of help physically but just thinking it alone doesn't work. My mom has been fighting cancer for over 12 years. She has kept thinking positive this whole time and is still otherwise healthy besides the cancer. It's spread many times to different organs and the chemo is helping somewhat, but I think her positivity is also helping.

I don't know who he is, but no - it doesn't mean he's a fraud.
It simply means he was suckered, as many people are, into believing that good health and positive thinking will protect you from illness, including cancer.
And like so many people with no experience of cancer or other serious illness do, he apparently didn't hesitate to proclaim this loudly as fact - take a look at the Alternative Medicine section here on YA; there are ill-informed people making such statements all the time.
Now he knows better. He certainly isn't the first of us to have learned this bitter lesson the hard way
