I think something might be wrong with my cat?
My cat Oliver just turned 7 years old in July. I was not with him all summer because I was at music camp, but the rest of my family took care of him and gave him lots of attention. For the most part though, since I've been back he's been extremely lethargic. He sleeps most of the day and he sleeps in the same spot. He plays around with my other kitten for about an hour early each morning, but besides that he just doesn't move a whole lot. Also, when I look at him he doesn't look as happy as he used to be. I'm afraid he might be sick or terminally ill because of his beavior. I looked up symptoms for feline leukemia, but that doesn't really seem like what he has. Does anyone have any advice. He's my baby and I'm just really hoping nothing is wrong with him :( Thanks for the help

I'm guessing you're new in the whole cat life... but you should know that cats are terribly lazy when they grow older.
They take short naps very often and aren't very active at all. This is normal, though. You have nothing to worry about. He's just getting older.

Is he eating alright? Go on the box like normal? Does he move slowly and/or hesitantly when he does move? Does he seem warmer than he usually is?
Seven years isn't necessarily /that/ old for cats -- comparable to around 50 years or so for a human, I believe.
You might want to have a vet take a look at him; he could be ill, and feline leukemia isn't the only illness possible for cats. For example, it could be HCM, a heart disease that's most commonly connected to Maine Coons -- one of the symptoms of that is a tendency to get tired easily (added a link so you can read up on it and see if anything fits). He's a little old to be showing signs, but then again he might have had it for a while without it really showing.
But on the other hand, it could be nothing dangerous. Still, the only one who can really tell what's wrong with your cat (if anything) is a vet. For his sake, you ought to take him to a vet and get him checked out.
