yes, Where is the tumor? could be fatty deposits, cysts also. Tumor does not mean cancer though.

yes, and keep in mind there are many many types of tumors, only some of which are malignant or life threatening. The only way to be sure is to have it checked by a qualified doctor and have them treated properly.

trust me, yes. I grow random tumors. tumors are basically cells in your body that grow out of control. so any part of your body that consists of cells can technically grow tumors.
