What are some complications that can happen with ALL(Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia)?
Where can it spread?
How can it get worse?

Here is a link to the Leukemia &Lymphoma Org's web site. They can answer most all of your concerns regarding ALL. Best wishes.

I highly recommend checking out the CureSearch website (www.curesearch.org)- you'll be able to find more specific information there. You can put in your child's age, and ALL, and it will give you a lot of information. I also recommend, like someone else did, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society website (www.lls.org.) They have message boards, including a general ALL board and a board for parents of children with cancer.
You can also be asking your child's oncologist these questions. Did they give you a family manual or any written information? You might want to check out Nancy Keene's book called Childhood Leukemia- a great resource. You can find it on Amazon, at many bookstores, and through the American Childhood Cancer Organization (formerly known as Candlelighters'.) http://www.candlelighters.org/Information/Resources/Books.aspx. Your social worker may have a copy you can borrow, or you can order one. If you're unable to afford the book, ACCO provides a number for you to call, and they may be able to send you one for free.
ALL can spread to the central nervous system. That's why children receive prophylactic chemotherapy to the CNS, to prevent this from happening (that's the intrathecal chemo.)
Leukemia — Comprehensive overview covers symptoms, causes, risk factors, treatment of this blood-related cancer.
