What is the difference between June cancers and July?
I have been hearing alot of things about July cancers and how they behave does anyone know the difference between June and July Cancers. I am the only June cancer I know and I have noticed that I am not anything like them and I can barely relate to general "cancer" horoscopes, but yet they can. So does anyone have any in site on this? Thanks in advance =]

Yup, I do. There is no such thing as a June Cancer. At least not today. There was a long time ago. June Cancers only exist in tropical astrology, which is inaccurate today. Wikipedia will show you the dates the sun is actually in each constellation. The constellations move forward one day about every 70 years or so, and since astrology started about 2500 years ago, you can see how far ahead the signs really are today. The people who can relate to their June Cancer horoscope are probably just gullible. Plus, it's easy to confuse some the signs with your personality because your personality is more than just the one sign. But anyway, Cancer goes from July 20 to August 10. Gemini is from June 21 to July 20. So really just about every Cancer you know is a Gemini, and Geminis are one of the more gullible signs.

I think it depends alot on your other planets as well. www.astro.com gives a really accurate interpretation of your birthdate and time. I'm a June 30th Cancer, and there are parts of Cancer I don't fit, but when I take into account my other planets everything fits very well for me.
Also What Jump on It is talking about is called Sidereal Astrology, and not everyone uses it. There is debate as to which is more accurate, Traditional/Tropical versus Sidereal. The difference between the two is how the Earth is seen relative to the solar system and galaxy. Tropical sees the sky as being fixed and deals with Earth's movement & position in relation to this (relatively) unchanging sky. Sidereal takes into account earth's & the solar system's procession through the galaxy as well as the changing positions of stars in the sky. So its relative, and depends on which one you like (or even understand) better.
I find both views interesting, and you can learn more here: http://www.lunarplanner.com/siderealastrology.html about sidereal astrology. Also if you've ever watched History Channel they have a series called "The Universe" and one of their episodes talked about earth's path through an ever changing sky, and how one day we won't even see the constellations we see now and our sky will look completely different.
So maybe that's it. Maybe that's why "June Cancers" are so different from "July" ones. I feel like my complete chart describes me well, so well its scary sometimes, and I'm not gullible at all, in fact my friends and family find it difficult for me to believe anything without fact to back things up. Plus I think this stuff is just fun, and I have no problems admitting when my horoscope is wrong about me, rather than just blindly agreeing with it. I say explore both forms of astrology if you find it interesting enough for fun.
