Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia?

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia?
I was just diagnosed with ALL. (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) This is going to be my last month of school. My mom said I could tell my friends if I want to. I really do, but I don't know how to. I called my best friend who lives in a different town and told her we just cried on the phone for awhile. We talked about what me getting a purple wig (purples my favorite color) when my hair begins to fall out and how she wanted to come spend a lot of time with me in the summer, email me, txt me, etc. I just don't know how to tell my friends that live in my home town. My mom is meeting with my principal and superintendent tomorrow, to tell them, and how I will be leaving school. Im just really scared, I'm more scared to tell my friends then I am about my disease. How should I tell them?
Also my doctor and some other people had to. I was kinda confused on how they were going to tell my school system but, I figured it out today.

Hey there, well if it makes u feel any better, i survived a stage 4 nasophereangel carcinoma 3 x 5 cm smack in the center of my left frontal sinuses, there the odds were unbeleivable, i didnt know how to tell my freinds either lol i felt scared, ashamed, i didnt know what evryone would think, i just left school and i didnt see anyone and i forbid evryone but my family to viset me, chemo gets the best of u but u really just have to keep a positive attitude towards things and before u even know it, this will al just be a thing of the past, like me, it seemed like it was guna last forever but its been 4 years now and i cant belive it. and i have learned sooo much, i spent soo much time in hospitals that i knew more than any nurse there did, i knew evrything they did wrong i knew how to operate all the medical machinery and evrything lol i learned soo much, its been a rocky road but hey theres a rainbow after the storm so just keep ur head up and stay positive, i know its easyer said then done knowing what ur about to go through, but u will understand and u will learn how to control time and patience. goodluck for the journey ahead :)

You shouldn't be . . as a cancer patient you have access to a pediatric oncology team which includes pediatric oncology social workers who are trained to go to your school and provide information to your teachers and friends. Have your mother call your ped onc and ask for help with this.
