there are many types of leukemia and each type has a group of signs and symptoms that may either be unique to that type or share similarities with the others. and just like what my profs said, diseases cannot be put into a box. the syndromes written in the book may or may not be manifested by a patient.

My child had it and she did not have bruising or fevers before diagnosis. Her symptoms were fatigue, loss of appetite, bone pain, and she had a chloroma which is a cluster of leukemia cells that sticks out of the skin and is purplish in color.
