Would a blood test for mono reveal diabetes/leukemia?

Would a blood test for mono reveal diabetes/leukemia?
Just out of curiosity, if someone went to get their blood tested for mono, and they actually had diabetes or leukemia, would the doctor be able to easily recognize this from the results of the test? Or would they have to looking for something else in the results or is there a different kind of test for those conditions?

They are different tests, so unless they are also doing a test for diabetes or leukemia, it would not be apparent during a test for mono.

There are a number of different tests for different conditions. The test for mono would be looking for antibodies for the mono virus or a raised white cell count that would indicate an infection. Leukaemia tests would look for lower white/red blood cells and diabetes would look for a raised blood glucose level. So depending on what tests were ordered it might be possible but only if the correct tests were done
