spleen, and something is wrong with your liver also. I know this is pretty vague. Dr. Said nephew might have leukemia and these are his symptoms. I was just wondering what else it could be.

i know anaemia has similar symptoms initially so it may be that instead. However if your nephew has lieukaemia, be reassured this is often the 'best' cancer to get in a child. It has a very very good survival rate. Treatment of course will not be fun, but he has a fighting chance. My good friend had liuekaemia age 15, and again age 17, and now she is 30 (and has 2 kids despite being told she would be infertile too) and is in great health.
Of course there are sad stories too and children are lost. My nephew age 4 had stomache cancer and didnt have the chance to fight. He was given less than 10% odds...lieukaemia has over 80% odds. So you have a chance. Good luck for everything.

I went through this a year ago myself and it was very scary. After more testing I was told that it was not leukemia. It was either I had either an infection that was not going away or had arthritis. After some medication and more tests in a few months all the symptons were gone. They also check me for lyme disease as well. Good luck and I wish you and your nephew all the best.
