No, Leukemia is a blood cancer and not a infectious disease.

No it's impossible. Blood cancer is a non-sexually transmissible disease because it affects the blood cells but not the gamete (sex) cells. The only conditions which can be transmitted through sex are some molds, funguses, bacteria, viruses and vermin. Cancer is a genetic condition so it will only affect the person who has it. The only way leukemia can be given to someone else is if they gave a bone marrow transplant and it was injected into someone else. However, if someone had leukemia no doctor would give their bone marrow to a patient. Sex with people with cancer is completely safe.
