Is bruising a main sign of leukemia?
I have had some symptoms of leukemia (aches, pains, fatigue, bone aches) but I don't have abnormal bleeding OR bruising. Could it still be leukemia?

Probably not. But you probably are a hypochondriac. Only cool people get leukemia anyway.

It can be. Your symptoms may be related to growing pains which would be normal for a teen. Extra rest and either tylenol or motrin for the aches and pains would be appropriate.

yes but, only a dr. can tell you if you have bone marrow problems. you could possibly have an vitamin deficiency
