Are there old persons suffering from leukemia (AML), could you please respond?
My leukemia has relapsed three times for last 7 years. Using Mylotarg for treatment. Last treatment was 21 months ago.

Well...my late dad has leukimia,,,,Doctor suggest Bone marrow when my dad at the age75,....we didnt take it since the chance 50/50or less,...so he just go therapy by medicine..and live the best of his live.He passed away at the age 78,...actually hehas leukimia for about 13-15 years already.
Other case,..a doctor,..friend of our family,..also has leukimia,...he was treated bone marrow surgery,..when he was 70,...and the transplatation surgery was a succesful,...bec he was relatively younger at the age 70,...so has the chance of 60/50..
Now this doctor(pediatric),...very healthy....and still practicing...he is 75 now.
