Leukemia patients do not bleed out faster but they do bleed easier. They often present with bleeding of their gums, bad bloody noses, or unusually heavy periods. That is why many of them have multiple bruises w/o knowledge of getting injured. There is a severe condition caused DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation) which occurs when all of the body's clotting factors are used up and then blood starts to leak out all over the body, often resulting in death.
