and is the vaccination good at preventing it?
he has already been vaccinated, and I perfer him to be an inside cat but he always finds a way to escape. just wandering thanks

Yes the vaccine is the best prevention of feline leukemia. If your cat is outside, he/she is more prone to getting it. If the cat is an indoor only cat then he/she is much better off. It is much more common in outdoor cats.
