So...since leukemia is NOT hereditary...?

So...since leukemia is NOT hereditary...?
Hi there,

A long while back I had asked if leukemia is hereditary since both my grandma and great grandma on my father's side died at the same age (52) of it. My father abandoned me at birth basically so I have VERY little medical history to go on other than that (I met him once at 17 and we surely didn't discuss that stuff lol)

Anyways, the point is, I believe I was told it was a chronic form of leukemia. I don't know if my aunt or father or uncle have developed the same thing or not as I lost completely contact after that one visit. I'm 23 now.

With that in mind, how the heck can a doctor monitor me at the annual visits to make sure nothings starting? I have been diagnosed with a form of Dysautonomia (my aunt on my MOM's side has this as well) which my autonomic specialist says he wants to do genetic testing for because apparently it's a secondary condition and a specific form of leukemia (AML).

So...with all of this said, my CBCs are normal and my IG1-4s are normal. Is this sufficient to rule it out every year? I've been sick almost constantly and exhausted for several years and no one knows why. I had 2 ovarian cysts removed, my appendix and gallbladder removed due to disease...what the HECK is going on? I'm only 23 and I don't think this is depression! I can be a rather cheery person most of the time despite how tired I am.

HELP!
Sorry I meant to say it CAN lead to AML if it's the right kind of dysautonomia. I have POTS so I'm not really sure...
Oh and the symptoms I get at least for 1-2 weeks a month are: headache, low grade fever (of unknown origin), abdominal cramps, vomiting, dizziness, bp will be at almost 80/50 from my dysautonomia so I can't tell if THAT is what's really causing problems or what.
