Like all cancers, CML is neither contagious nor infectious. And yes, a healthy person can safely marry a CML patient. I wish you the best in your marriage!

it is a type of cancer and it is not communicable. a normal person can marry a CML patient. however, if the patient undergoes chemotherapy sessions, he/she might lose interest in sex during these times and there is a possibility of being infertile because of the medicines and other treatments.
however, you may still marry him/her. the most important thing is that you love each other and you talk about whatever your issues are, especially those regarding preferences because the CML's patient at this time is more sensitive and would feel less attractive.
you may find out more about it on the internet. there are many online resources, even support groups, that you may want to check so that you will be more enlightened.
