is leukemia genetic? what are its symptons? can u still have children if u have that cancer?

My mom died of leukemia 10 years ago and do know from that experience that there are over 200 types of leukemia, some curable some not, some juvenile that are grown out of and some are chronic or acute etc...
You need to talk to a specialist if you really NEED to know more about it.
